TECH TITAN T-Drive Pro "Tag And Win" Contest

Introduction

This “Tag and Win” contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Malaysia IT Fair and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for Malaysia IT Fair.

All participants of "Tag & Win" Contest hereby agree with the terms & conditions as mentioned below and undertake to abide by the same unconditionally.

Contest Duration

This Contest will run from 28th August 2012 to 2nd October 2012.

Eligibility

No purchase is necessary. There is no fee to sign up. This Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and Malaysian Permanent Residents above the age of 18 only. All entries must include your Name, Email address, Telephone Numbers, and IC Number for verification purposes. You must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made prior to October 2, 2012. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

Prize

1 unit of Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone.

Notification of Winner

Winner will be announced within 1 month of closing date. Winner will be chosen by Malaysia IT Fair and the prize receives shall be in the sole discretion of Malaysia IT Fair. The winner will be notified in writing through e-mail. Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry period. The winner is required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity, confirming that they have complied with contest rules, and a liability release, and return them properly executed, within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification as a condition of awarding the prize. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or the winner fails to return the affidavit and release as specified, that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other goods and services.

Malaysia IT Fair reserves the right to amend or substitute the prizes offered as part of the Contest at any time without prior notification. The Judges' decision is final.

Terms & Conditions

Malaysia IT Fair reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Contest, and is entitled to withdraw this Contest at any time at its discretion, without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, participants shall not be entitled to any damages or compensation whatsoever or howsoever arising as a result of such amendment or cancellation.

The participant warrants that he/she understands all the terms and conditions of this Contest and has entered this Contest voluntarily and of his/her own free will.

The participant warrants that all information submitted by him/her in the Entry is true, current and complete. Malaysia IT Fair shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, cost or expenses in connection with or arising out of this promotion, the redemption or use of the prizes.

Malaysia IT Fair may in its own discretion reject any entry and no objection in this regard shall be entertained. Malaysia IT Fair may reject any entry on any basis including, but not limited to, incomplete entry, fraud and/or failure to comply with the terms and conditions stated herein.

Upon submission, all entries become the property of Malaysia IT Fair. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Malaysia IT Fair reserves the right to publish winner's personal details for promotional or publicity purposes without prior notice. By entering this contest, you consent to the use of your name for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The decision of Malaysia IT Fair is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

The Contest and all the terms and conditions governing the same shall be subject to the laws of Malaysia.
